answers to general questions concerning sales, payment
and shipping. If you have questions on specific

Q: Do
you offer a layaway plan?
A: A layaway
plan is available with the following conditions:
A deposit of
25% of the purchase price holds an instrument for thirty
(30) days. A deposit of 50% of the purchase price holds
an instrument for sixty (60) days. Guaranteed hold time
is 2 months(50% Down), if after 2 months the item is not
paid in full, the item will be placed back into stock
for sale. Should this occur, Customer has up to 1 year
from the date of the initial deposit to apply the full
deposit amount to another purchase (not layaway)
from Andy's Guitars. After 1 year no credit will be
issued. All deposits are non-refundable.
Q: Do you do special orders?
A:
Our Special Order Policy is 25% Down Minimum and all
deposits are non-refundable. The balance due in full
when item arrives at Andy's Guitars. If the item is not
paid in full in 30 days, item is placed into stock, for
sale and any deposits are forfeited. Regrettably, no
credits or refunds can be issued for Special Orders.
Q:
What payment methods do you accept?
A:
In the USA, we accept most major credit cards, PayPal,
postal money orders, cashiers checks, certified checks,
Western Union, or bank transfers. If using a bank
transfer please instruct your bank that any bank charges
are to be paid by you, the customer. If outside the US,
send US dollars on a US bank, a bank wire transfer, or
Western Union (The Fastest and most accurate).
Q: What
shipping method do you use?
A: We ship via UPS anywhere in the Free
World. The customer pays all shipping, insurance, and
bank charges. All international shipments are sent fully
insured and any insurance claims are the responsibility
of the customer with our assistance. The customer is
responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and brokerage
fees that their home country or UPS may require. No
exceptions. All shipments are declared at the full
purchase price.
We do not export
products from Korg USA, VOX, MusicMan, Rickenbacker,
Aguilar, Bad Cat, or Line 6. These lines are only
available for shipping to the USA.
Q:
Can I return an instrument purchased from Andy's?
A:
Upon receipt, if you are not satisfied with your
instrument, notify us within 24 hours (no exceptions),
and we will refund your money as soon as the merchandise
is returned to ANDYSGUITARS.COM in the same condition it
was sent to you. It must be packed in the same carton
with the same packing material to be eligible for
a refund.
The customer must fax Andy's a legible
copy of the return shipping document clearly showing the
FULL declared value, or the item will be refused and
sent back to you. The customer pays all shipping,
insurance and any bank charges for any returned
merchandise (BOTH WAYS).
The 24 hour approval period applies only to New and Used
instruments, amps, unless otherwise agreed upon by
ANDYSGUITARS.COM.
